§2098.  Employment Security Standing Committee

The commission shall establish an Employment Security Standing Committee pursuant to 29 U.S.C. 49 et seq.  The Employment Security Standing Committee shall aid the Department of Labor in reviewing the unemployment insurance and employment service programs as to their content, adequacy, and effectiveness, and in making recommendations for their improvement.
