§2066.  Job placement information; occupational information

A.  The commission shall establish, supervise, and control a comprehensive labor market information system as specifically provided for in Part IV of Chapter 1 of this Title.

B.  The commission shall use the information developed as provided in this Section and other information to determine whether a specific workforce development program is effective and whether to recommend to the governor to continue or discontinue the program.
