§2053.  Staff

The governor shall allocate staff for the commission from his existing personnel.  In addition, if funding is made available, the commission may hire additional personnel.  The commission may also request assignment of staff from the division of administration and affected departments, or the legislature, for utilization on an ad hoc basis with the commission or a committee of the commission.  All agencies shall provide support staff when requested by the commission.  The commissioner of administration, the president of the Senate, and the speaker of the House of Representatives may provide support staff as necessary and requested.
