§1446. Definitions
As used in this Chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly states otherwise:
(1) "Child care worker" means a person employed as a full-time care giver in a licensed Class A child care facility or a family day home registered with the department under R.S. 46:1441.2.
(2) "Department" means the Department of Social Services.
