§2355.  Telephone access program board; membership

The membership of the telephone access program board shall consist of the following individuals:

(1)  The chair of the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf or his designee.

(2)  The president of the Louisiana Association of the Deaf or his designee.

(3)  A representative of the Louisiana deaf community selected by the commission.

(4)  The president of the Louisiana Acadiana Deaf-Blind Citizens or his designee.

(5)  A representative for the Louisiana hard-of-hearing community selected by the commission.

(6)  A representative of the Louisiana Technology Assistive Network (LATAN) selected by LATAN.

(7)  The chairman of the Public Service Commission or his designee.

(8)  One public member selected by the Public Service Commission.

(9)  A representative of the independent telephone companies selected by the Louisiana Telephone Association.

(10)  A representative of South Central Bell Telephone Company.

(11)  A representative of AT&T selected by AT&T.

(12)  The superintendent of the Louisiana School for the Deaf or his designee, ex officio.

(13)  The president of the Louisiana Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf or his designee, ex officio.
