§2200. Transportation assistance for the elderly and handicapped
The Department of Transportation and Development may establish and administer a program to provide assistance to applicants eligible under the provisions of Section 16(b)(2) of the federal Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as amended (49 USCA 1612(b)(2)).
