§1455. Inspection
The department shall inspect at regular intervals not to exceed one year, or as deemed necessary by the department, and without prior notice, all transitional youth residences subject to the provisions of this Chapter. The department shall also coordinate its efforts with other state agencies conducting inspections at regular intervals. The facility shall be open to inspection by authorized inspection personnel during working hours or at all times when transitional youths are in care.
