§1441.6.  Investigations; inspections

A.  Repealed by Acts 2004, No. 398, §2, eff. June 23, 2004.

B.  The department, through its duly authorized agents, shall reserve the right to visit and inspect registered homes as deemed necessary by the department.  The homes shall be open to inspection by the department, parents, and by other authorized inspection personnel during normal working hours or when children are in care.
