§1178. Inspection and supervision fee; railroads operated under same management and control
In assessing the inspection and supervision fee provided for in R.S. 45:1177 all railroads operated under the same management and control shall be considered as one common carrier or system and only one inspection and supervision fee shall be collected, and, in ascertaining the amount due by such common carrier or system, the gross receipts within the state of all component parts of the common carrier or system as so made up shall be added together and the fee due shall be collected from any one of the component parts of the common carrier or system so made up.
