§947. Authorization; hearings on violations
A. The commissioner may adopt, pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, rules and regulations to implement any provision of this Part.
B. The commissioner may conduct hearings in accordance with Part XXIX of this Title on any matters arising out of the application or violation of the provisions of this Part or any rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
