§346.  Expenses

The expenses of necessary printing, stationery, postage, office supplies and expenses, clerical hire, statutory fees, examination fees, may be paid by the association.  The total of all expenses shall not exceed 25% of each assessment and shall be paid out of the general fund of the association.
