§216. Industrial health and accident insurance
Any insurer authorized to write health and accident insurance in this state shall have power to issue industrial health and accident policies wherein the premium is payable weekly. Every such policy must have printed thereon the words "Industrial Policy" and must contain in substance those provisions in R.S. 22:213 as may be applicable. Insurers issuing policies under this Section shall be subject to all the other applicable provisions of this Part.
