§1450.6.  Powers; subpoenas; contempt

The committee may require the presence of witnesses and documents by subpoena and conduct audits and other examinations related to the pursuit of its purposes.  The committee may punish for contempt and file, intervene or otherwise participate in ancillary administrative or legal proceedings.
