§1450.4. Report to the legislature
A. The committee shall compile a definitive draft of a revised insurance code which shall be submitted to the legislature prior to the 1992 Regular Session together with explanatory statements and notes which state present law, assigned reasons for change, and explain each change or exception, and what it does, and provide other comments as may be appropriate, including revenue impact and estimates.
B. The committee shall compile a preliminary draft of suggested revisions to the insurance code which it deems appropriate for introduction in the 1991 Regular Session of the Legislature.
