§1418. Hearing procedure
Any insurer or rating organization aggrieved by any order or decision of the commission made without a hearing may, within thirty days after notice of the order to the insurer or organization, make written request to the commission for a hearing thereon. Any hearing under this Part and any review of any action taken by the commission shall be in conformity with the procedure set forth in Part XXIX.1
