§1365.  Appeal to proper appellate court

An appeal may be taken to the proper appellate court as in civil actions from a judgment of the district court made pursuant to any provisions of this Part.  Such appeal shall be advanced upon the trial calendar of the appellate court and be heard at the earliest convenient date.
