§1362.  Record to court

Upon being served with a copy of the petition for review of an order on hearing, the commissioner of insurance shall forthwith prepare and file with the clerk of the court a true and complete transcript of his record of the hearing on which the order complained of was made.  The cost of the transcript may be included in the cost allowed by the court.
