2006 Louisiana Laws - RS 22:1210.3 — Applicability
§1210.3. Applicability
This Part shall apply to licensed insurers as defined in R.S. 22:1210.2, either domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is not an accredited state having in effect a law substantially similar to this Part. All provisions of the Insurance Holding Company System Regulatory Law, to the extent they are not superseded by this Part, shall continue to apply to all parties within holding company systems subject to this Part.
