§1441.23. Rates, rating plans, and rate rules applicable
Rates shall be in accordance with the rating plans approved by the Louisiana Insurance Rating Commission for use by the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana; however, such rates may include rules for classification of risks insured hereunder and rate modifications hereof.
