§1441.12.  Immunity from liability

There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against the Louisiana Insurance Rating Commission or any of its staff, or against the governing committee of the plan or anyone acting on its behalf, or against any servicing carrier or carriers of the plan, or against any participating insurer, for any inspections made hereunder or any statements made in good faith by them in any reports or communications concerning risks submitted to the governing committee of the plan or at any administrative hearings conducted in connection therewith under the provisions of this Code.
