§1441.11. Reports of inspection
All reports of inspection performed by or on behalf of the governing committee of the plan shall be made available to the participants in the plan and the Louisiana Insurance Rating Commission. An applicant or his representative shall be entitled to a copy of any inspection report on property in which the applicant has an insurable interest.
