§600.25.  Fees

A.  The Risk Sharing Program may charge fees as follows for the services listed:

(1)  Application and processing fee per project:

(a)  20-25 Units

$2,000

(b)  26-30 Units

$2,500

(c)  31-35 Units

$3,000

(d)  36-40 Units

$5,000

(2)  Closing fees shall be two percent of the insured loan.

(3)  Mortgage insurance premiums per year shall not exceed one percent of the insured loan.

B.(1)  The Community Housing Development Organization Single Family Homeownership Program may charge fees as follows for the services listed:

(a)  Application fee

(b)  Analysis fee

$1,000

(c)  Cost certification audit fee

$2,500

(2)  The cost certification audit fee as provided in Paragraph (1) of this Subsection shall apply only if the applicant does not contract with an independent certified public accountant to perform the cost certification audit.
