§401.1.  Housing authorities of certain parishes; commissioners

In parishes having a population in excess of eighty-five thousand but not more than eighty-nine thousand, based on the latest federal decennial census, the board of commissioners shall be composed of no more than six members.  A majority of the commissioners shall constitute a quorum of the authority for the purpose of conducting its business and exercising its power and for all other purposes.
