§1472.6. Sales authorized only to licensees
A. No manufacturer-distributor or dealer shall sell any explosive unless the purchaser thereof is duly licensed under the provisions of this Part and authorized to purchase same and the explosives are to be used by the purchaser for a purpose covered by the purchaser's license.
B. Whoever is charged and convicted of violating Subsection A of this Section shall be fined not less than one thousand five hundred dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not less than two years nor more than five years, or both.
