PART XXVIII.  CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES LEGAL DEFENSE

§1299.91.  Child protective services workers; legal defense

The Department of Justice shall provide any worker of the child protection services division of the office of community services of the Department of Social Services with a legal defense in any civil action arising from any activity within the course and scope of the worker's employment.
