§1299.187. Report of findings and recommendations of commission
The commission shall submit a report, including proposed legislation if necessary, to the House and Senate Health and Welfare Committees prior to the convening of the 2001 Regular Session of the Legislature. Such report shall include the findings of the commission and recommendations for implementation of services and programs to combat the problem of disparity in death rates in Louisiana, including recommendations to increase health care prevention initiatives in the state.
