§1092.  Nature of standard test

For the purpose of this Sub-part, a standard test for syphilis is a test approved by the American Board of Pathology and shall be made at a laboratory operated by a duly licensed physician and pathologist as recognized by the American Board of Pathology or in a laboratory in a hospital approved by the American College of Surgeons as unconditionally meeting its minimum standards.
