PART II-E. LICENSING OF ADULT DAY CARE PROVIDERS
§2120.11. Purpose
The purpose of this Part is to provide an alternative to or a possible prevention of institutionalization of physically, mentally, or functionally impaired adults and to provide for the maintenance of services available under that program.
