§1236.29. Exceptions
Nothing in this Subpart shall be construed to require health care and medical facilities to be certified to dispose of infectious waste, medical waste, and potentially infectious biomedical waste who are otherwise disposing of waste pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Sanitary Code.
