§1236.27.  Surrender of certificate

Upon the revocation or suspension of a certificate, the certificate holder shall immediately surrender the certificate to the commission.  If a revoked or suspended certificate is not surrendered as required by this Section, the commission shall have the authority to seize the certificate.
