§1236.26.  Grounds for disciplinary proceedings; denial, suspension, or revocation of certificate

The commission shall have the power to conduct investigations, conduct disciplinary hearings, impose fines, assess costs, and suspend, revoke, or refuse to grant, any certificate issued under the provisions of this Subpart for causes hereafter enumerated:

(1)  Conviction of a crime.

(2)  Fraud, deceit, or perjury in obtaining a certificate or permit.

(3)  Habitual drunkenness.

(4)  Habitual use of morphine, opium, cocaine, or any drug having a similar effect.

(5)  Engaging in dishonorable, unethical, or unprofessional conduct of a character likely to deceive, defraud, or harm the public.

(6)  Impersonation of a certificated bio-recovery technician.

(7)  Acts of moral turpitude.

(8)  Violation of any provision of this Subpart or of the rules and regulations promulgated by the commission.
