§1236.18.  Bio-recovery technicians; qualifications as a commission member

The governor shall appoint to the original commission members who are recognized as outstanding professional bio-recovery technicians actively engaged in practicing as such.  Each of the original members shall qualify and become a certified bio-recovery technician under the provisions of this Subpart within ninety days of his appointment or forfeit his office.  Thereafter, the governor shall appoint to any vacancy only bio-recovery technicians who are duly certified under the provisions of this Subpart and whose names are listed on the official roster of the commission as certified bio-recovery technicians of the state of Louisiana in good standing.
