§1300.216. Report
The office shall prepare and submit a quarterly report on the program to the governor, president of the Senate, speaker of the House of Representatives, and the chairmen of the Senate and House committees on health and welfare. Such reports shall include the number of clients served, the number of prescriptions filled and refilled, and the value of the drugs provided.
