§3360.  False representation of licensure prohibited

A.  No person who is not licensed under the provisions of this Chapter as a respiratory therapist or a respiratory therapy technician or whose license has been suspended or revoked shall use in connection with his name the words "licensed respiratory therapist", "respiratory therapy technician", "respiratory technician", "licensed respiratory therapy technician", or the letters, "LRT", "LRTT", or any other words, letters, abbreviation, or insignia indicating or in any way orally, in writing, in print or journal advertising or by sign, directly or by implication, represent himself as a respiratory therapist or respiratory therapy technician.  

B.  Whoever violates the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or be imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
