§3359. Fees
A. The board shall fix fees in a manner established by its rules. Initial fees for respiratory therapist shall not exceed the following amounts:

Issuance of license fee
25.00
(3)
Temporary license fee
25.00
(4)
Renewal of license fee
25.00
(5)
Reinstatement of license fee
25.00
(6)
Late renewal fee
35.00
(7)
Reciprocity fee
75.00
Fees for respiratory therapy technician licensure shall be not more than two-thirds of those for respiratory therapist licensure.
B. The fees shall be fixed in an amount, to the extent feasible, which will cover the operational expense of the board for the licensure process.
