§2409.  Examination

A.  The board shall examine applicants for licensure as physical therapists or physical therapist assistants at such times and places as it may determine.  The examination shall test the applicant's knowledge of such subjects as the board may deem useful in determining the applicant's fitness to practice physical therapy and may include demonstrations and written and oral tests.  

B.  When acting as a board of examiners of applicants for licenses to practice physical therapy in the state, the board or the committee thereof, shall appoint three or more persons who are licensed to practice physical therapy in accordance with this Chapter to assist in the preparation and administration of the examination of applicants under rules and regulations adopted by the board.
