§2319.  Injunction; penalty; attorney's fees; cost

A.  In addition to criminal penalties, the board, through its administrator or by motion in any court of competent jurisdiction, may cause to issue an injunction to enjoin any person from violating the provisions of R.S. 37:2301.  This injunction shall not be subject to being released upon bond.  

B.  In the suit for an injunction, the board, through its administrator, may demand and the court may assess a penalty of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars, plus reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.  This judgment for penalty, attorney's fees, and costs may be rendered in the same judgment in which the injunction is made absolute, and shall be payable to the board.  

C.  The trial of the proceeding by injunction shall be summary and by the judge without a jury.
