§2315.  Appeals

From any revocation, the person charged may, within thirty days thereof, appeal to the district court of the parish in which the hearing was held.  A stenographic record of all proceedings before the board shall be made and a transcript kept on file with the board.  The secretary shall transmit to the district court a certified copy of the record.  The district court shall try the appeal de novo.
