§2314.  Hearings

Any person, whose certificate of registration is sought to be revoked under the provisions of this Chapter, shall be given thirty days notice, in writing, enumerating the charges and specifying a date for a public hearing thereon.  The hearing shall be held in the parish where the person's business is conducted.  The board may issue subpoenas, to compel the attendance and testimony of witnesses, and place them under oath, the same as a district court in the parish where the hearing takes place.
