§2311.  Failure to renew certificates; reinstatements

The board may revoke a certificate of registration upon the failure of the holder to pay annual renewal fee, upon giving the holder thirty days notice, in writing, by certified mail sent to his last known address, of the proposed revocation.  The holder of such revoked certificate may be reinstated upon the payment of the accrued fees and a penalty imposed by the board, not exceeding twice the amount of delinquent fees.
