§2310.  Issuance of certificate

If the applicant successfully passes the examination, the secretary of the board shall register this fact and issue to him a certificate of registration.  The board may issue a temporary certificate for any period between the date of the application for examination and the necessary scheduled examination upon payment of the fee for temporary certificate provided for herein.  The certificate issued by the board shall at all times be conspicuously displayed at the holder's place of business.  Certificates of registration expire on December 31st of each year, and may be renewed for one year upon the payment of the renewal fee provided for herein.
