§2308. Qualifications and requirements of applicants
Applicants for certificates as technicians to engage in the business of maintenance and repair of radio and television receivers, playback and recording devices, video cassette recorders, and satellite signal receiving equipment as defined in R.S. 37:2302(2) shall possess such general education, training, and experience as needed to meet standards as provided for herein.
