§2110.  Sanitarian trainees; permits

The board is authorized to issue permits to sanitarian trainees, provided such permits shall not be issued for a period in excess of two years, and provided, further, the board may by rule require trainees to work only under the supervision and direction of licensed sanitarians.  Sanitarian trainees who submit satisfactory proof to the board that they have been working as such in the state of Louisiana, and are deemed qualified by the board shall, if they apply for permits prior to January 15, 1955, be issued permits without the payment of permit fees.
