§2422.  Reimbursement for therapy treatments or physical modalities

No provision in this Chapter shall preclude a physical therapist from being reimbursed for therapy treatments or physical modalities which fall within their scope of practice. A physical therapist may not profess to provide "spinal manipulation" or "spinal adjustment" or use these terms for advertising purposes.
