§1159. Proceeds of sales
A. Subject to the exceptions contained in Article VII, Section 9(A) of the Constitution of Louisiana, all funds received by the department from the sale of products and services produced by the agricultural, silvicultural, and industrial prison enterprises operated by the department in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 15:1151, et seq., shall be deposited immediately upon receipt into the state treasury.
