PART X.  PAYMENT FOR CARE OF CHILDREN IN

NONSTATE OPERATED AGENCIES AND FACILITIES

§1081.  Purpose

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the provisions of this Part shall serve as the sole statutory authorization under which the Department of Social Services or the Department of Health and Hospitals and the Department of Public Safety and Corrections shall make payments for the care and treatment of children in nonstate operated child caring agencies, child placing agencies, shelter care facilities, and maternity homes.
