§824.  Market Commission may recommend regulation of egg marketing to Commissioner of Agriculture and Immigration

Whenever the State Market Commission deems it advisable to regulate the marketing of eggs in any manner considered by them to be helpful to the industry, it may so recommend in writing to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Immigration.  At the time of submitting these recommendations the commission shall furnish to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Immigration all pertinent data and information upon which it acted in making its recommendations, along with all other data and information the commissioner may request.  Based upon the recommendations of the commission as substantiated by information submitted in connection therewith, the Commissioner of Agriculture and Immigration shall issue all regulations as may be necessary to carry out the recommendations of the commission regarding the orderly marketing of eggs produced or sold in the state.
