§3815. Transition provisions
Upon payment of all fees required by R.S. 37:1964 any person formerly licensed under the provisions of R.S. 3:1831 through R.S. 3:1836 shall be entitled to receive upon payment of fees as set forth in R.S. 37:1964, and the commission shall issue to each such person a license in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter without further application or examination, except that where a bond is required under the provisions of this Chapter, such person shall furnish the required bond before receiving a license.
