FIRE ANT (SOLENPOSIS SAEVISSIMA RICHTERI FOREL)

§2351. Rules and regulations

Power and authority is hereby delegated to the State Entomologist to prepare and promulgate rules and regulations necessary and proper to establish a program for the eradication and control of the imported fire ant (Solenposis saevissima richteri Forel), subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Immigration.
