§2264. Rules and regulations; penalty for violations
The Louisiana State Livestock Sanitary Board may promulgate all necessary rules and regulations for the effective eradication of sheep scabies in the shortest time possible, and for the prevention of reintroduction of such infection. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Part, or the rules and regulations of the Louisiana State Livestock Sanitary Board shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than two hundred dollars.
